Reader Commands

Modify the recording state or medication data of a smart pacakge using reader commands.

BE CAREFUL WHEN USING READER COMMANDS

Misuse can result in permanent data loss from smart packages. In fact, depending on your project configuration, we may have already disabled some of these commands for safety.

Begin by clicking the “Reader” button in the top right corner to open the Reader Dialog.

When eCAP is no longer required, choose the “Stop” tab and follow the instructions.

If eCAP needs to be turned back on, choose the “Start” tab and follow the instructions. Each time the eCAP is restarted, a new unique ID is issued, and the previous dose events are erased.
